Abs OMG come here MFP

Hey guys,

I am really trying to find my way on working on my tummy I have 2 kids and they did what use to be my six pack to a whole couple of gallons lol but I can not blame it on them I am really ready to start working on my stomach because I have a lot of love in the handles and want it to be firm will it ever be firm I do have extra skin because I was 130 before having my children but I want to know if there is anything or exercise I should do to help me with this progress should I just focus only on my stomach because that id ym trouble area or should I just do it some days??? Well I dont know thats is why I need the help or advise of you guys :smile:

    Very common question here. Exercise doesn't target fat or skin. For an explanation, Google "spot reduction myth". Basically you should follow a full-body strength routine (NROL, Stronglifts, etc). That plus a calorie deficit will shrink the fat (from everywhere).

    By the way, using a period after sentences makes them MUCH easier to read.
