What it says in the subject!

I'd love some ideas for what to dip my veggies in.

Well I make a lot of home based salsa mixes from my garden in the summer. Tomatoes, 1 jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, onion and a pack of mild salsa mix :) Also for veggies I really enjoy FF or light sourcream mixed with a packet of hidden valley or onion soup mix :)

Black beans are one of the healthiest foods you can eat, I buy a can at the grocery store every week and make sure i do something with it through the week (salad, dip, burger). Here is a dip recipe, if calories allow it, add a bit of light sour cream to it:

2 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
    1/3 cup chopped cilantro
    1 clove garlic, minced
1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
