Surprise Email

Today I went to the Warehouse at my work to pick up some supplies. I was outside helping load the boxes, which is awesome because I would not have been able to lift some of them 2 months ago.

Later on I got an email from one of my co-workers that I don't see often asking me if I was losing weight! That absolutely made my day!

I've had three people mention it to me today, which is great for my motivation! When you see yourself in the mirror every day, you don't really notice the difference. It's great when others do though!
