Hi There :)

Hi my name is Shannon. I am 23 years old and live in British Columbia, Canada. I recently decided to make a change in my lifestyle. I was eating fairly healthy as it was, haven't eaten much junk food for the past 12 years or so besides at Christmas time. My problem was lack of exercise plus medical conditions that made is impossible to function a full day without feeling exhausted and then topped off with depression.

I have always been a bigger girl, even when I was playing soccer 6 times a week, working at a gym and dieting. Have tried multiple diets in the past and they only work for so long.

I am looking to lose at least 150lbs. I just reached 303lbs the other week and marched my butt (not really I drove...lol) to join Curves again. It had worked for me in the past and lost 75lbs...but this time I have a coach with meal plans and I am already down 2lbs after a week. And that was only doing the workout 2 days a week. Turns out although I was eating healthy I wasn't getting the right amounts of things. I had no idea my protein was so low and I am eating a lot more now than I was before but it is to restart my metabolism instead of being in a starvation mode.

I am already feeling a little more motivated and energetic and my skin on my face feels so soft from all of the water lol.
