Can I eat ice cream and not feel guilty??

i will get froyo instead of ice cream. I still get the sweetness but its not as heavy.0

Yes it is fine and dont feel guilty if u have calories left. I also love skinny cow ice cream they r so good!!0

I've actually cut a Skinny Cow sandwich in half! One half Skinny Cow = 70 calories of yum!!!!

awesome idea for an alternate ice cream like snack. My fiancee and I eat this all the time and its SOOOO good.
freeze a banana in the freezer, peel cut up on a plate, add low sugar chocolate syrup and a tablespoon on Peanut butter. It amazing and it seriously tastes like an icecream!!!0 -
I run so i can have ice cream. Leaving for a run soon. having ice cream in about 1 hour.:happy:0

I eat ice cream sandwiches nearly everyday as a post work out recovery "drink" I have lost more than 60 pounds. Log it, make it fit, burn it. Never feel guilty there is no evil food, there is better food, but, no evil food.0

I have that problem tooo!!! Except mine is with everything i put in my mouth, healthy or not.. I CAN'T STAND IT!! i just don't know why but i feeell guilty for everything i eat..?0
