    Raspberries, string cheese, chicken thighs, hummus makings (I like doing homemade better than store bought), asparagus... and wine.

    Carrots, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, parsnip, potatoes, chicken breast, pork leg steaks, lamb leg steaks, lean beef steaks, 99% turkey mince, 95% beef mince, kidney or cannelini beans, tinned tomatoes, frozen mixed vegetables, dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets.

    Hot peppers (green, red, habanero, chipotle, I'm not picky, as long as it burns)
    Mushrooms (shiitake, portabella, button, I don't care and I can't spell half of them, just as long as they're not canned)
    Russet or yellow potatoes
    Olive oil
    Sesame Seeds
    Raisins
    Tomatoes
    Red wine (more like every other week, gotta beware the alcohol munchies)

    I need some greens in there somewhere. Maybe this week I'll add baby spinach or sprouts.

    eggs, almond milk, various nuts, sandwich thins, tortillas, hummus, tofu, bean sprouts, various beans, lentils, split peas, coconut milk, curry paste/powder/mixes, brown rice, pasta, frozen fish and/or shrimp, no salt added tomato sauce, shredded cheese or wedges, either some type of protein/snack bars or frozen ice cream bars, spices & herbs

    And of course, lots of produce - lettuce, spinach, peppers (all types), baby bok choy, onions, mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, berries, apples, bananas, pineapple, cantaloupe, etc.

    I get most of vegetables and fruits from a CSA, so it always varies
    Bananas
    Greek yogurt
    Steaks
    Inordinately large number of onions to caramelize for the steak
    Rotisserie chicken
    Almond milk
    Shrimp
    Lemons
    Artichokes
    Pre-made protein shakes that taste like kaopectate, why the hell do I buy this stuff
    Half & half
    Peanut butter
    Goat, feta, other cheeses
    Canned tomatoes
    Pasta
    Sour food: vinegar, pickles
    Stuff to make virgin marys
    Kibble (for my pug) (and me if I run out of yogurt toppings)

    What spaghetti sauces do you like with no salt? Ive been finding i like the low sodium versions of Gia Russa spaghetti sauce since it has no added sugar either. Only downfall is its like $7-8 a bottle or something at publix
