My first bad day. I ate breakfast to early yesterday (had an early shift) and I was hungry all day. I was able to fight it until I got home at 4pm. I just couldnt stop eating ... NOW I have an extra 936 calories to burn off :grumble

It happens! Don't beat yourself up over it, just switch your goal to a weekly one for this week. Eat a little under and exercise a little more and things will even out :flowerforyou:0

weight loss is a journey so take a week of cycling out calories to equal that surplus.0

Two days (20 minutes at a time) of walking around in circles pushing a very heavy wheelchair up and down hills (my client is a quadriplegic female). I guess Ill find out tomorrow morning when I weigh myself if I balanced out the calories with the extra activity.0
