I hear alot on this site about fitbit. Can someone explain what it is?

    Fitbit is a company that makes fancy pedometers. Some are small and clip-on, and you wear them on a waistband or bra strap. Some you wear around the wrist in the form of a bracelet. Some have screens which show you the number of steps you've taken, some sync with an app on your phone instead. Some have extras like sleep tracking and vibrating alarms. They all count steps and calories burned throughout the day.

    Check out "lifetrak" . Google it. It has been my go to for the last 2 months. It's a watch, pedometer, sleep tracker, mile tracker, calorie burned tracker , heart rate and step tracker. Very easy to use. Does everything the fitbit does but was less expensive.
