effects of stress on diet and training...

So I found out the hard way.

Through my own stupidity and greed and wanting to postpone a 60k tax bill to the following tax year, I found myself sat on 160k paper loss off profit these last months...

Fortunately this week thanks to a basement rock oil discovery in the UK and an investment in Kurdistan I just live with the stupidity and regret of previous poor decision making and am no longer sat on a loss...

This week I took stock of things and realised how far I had let my diet slip and how little effort I had been putting into my gym sessions and just how much the underlying stressed state had effected everyday life.

I have no idea how you would guage my level of stress compared to others stressed with more normal things but I would certainly say one of the most important things needed to start a diet and training program and be able to stick to it is a low level of stress giving the ability to focus on it...
