We are having a potluck at work. What are some good, low calorie (for me), but flavorful recipes I could use?
Thanks in advance

Salad! Bring a good, lovely green salad! Spinach and strawberries with some sliced almonds - leave the dressing on the side (I like my spinach salads with a light vinaigrette) for folks to help themselves as they like.

But seriously. Bring a great big green salad. They're hardly ever brought to potlucks and they're sorely needed. Plus, if no one else eats your salad, you can store it in the fridge for lunch already made the next day! I always love when I see salads at potlucks 'cause I'm too lazy to make my own, ha ha!

^^ I was going to suggest this same. It's fresh & yummy and will fill you - and others - up.

You could also do what I've come to know as "Weight Watcher" brownies, where you just mix a devils food cake mix with a can of pumpkin and bake according to the directions on the cake mix. Top with fat free Cool Whip. I've also added mint extract for a little different spin on it. VERY tasty!!
