I do wheat pita with sauce cheese and toppings and bake in oven :)

This is what I do, too.
Easy peasy and IMO, a tasty alternative.

Yup I do this too. You can keep pitas in your freezer for future use too so you aren't just buying a pack and wasting them. This is easy, fast, and delicious.

I make these for my kids a lot.

    1 wholegrain Pita
    Chopped or shredded chicken
    BBQ Sauce
Chopped spinach, red onions, Peppers and Pineapple
    Mozza Cheese

Bake in the oven! Easy and super delish!

Just eat some Pizza and fit it into your calories

I agree ^^^^^ I had pizza today and it fit well into my day...
    Or
    Try
    This

    Portobello mushroom, stem removed
    Salsa
Shredded lite mozza cheese or any cheese
    Any pizza fixins
Fill the mushroom cap with your fave fixins and bake at 375 til cheese is golden and bubbly
    Yummy

Yes, there are lots of different ways to make pizza lower calorie, less cheese, thin crust, veggie toppings etc. but if you look at your favourite pizza and the calorie count, I'm sure you can fit one or two slices into your macros.

Go to the grocery store and buy a pizza shell, pizza sauce, green pepper, onion, black olives, turkey pepperoni, feta, whatever toppings you want. Measure and/or weight to track your calories and log the result. It's a no-brainer!

I know this isn't the most "pizza like" pizza, but here's what i usually do if i am craving pizza during the week.

    A whole wheat tortilla
Pasta sauce (such as prego, ragu etc.)
    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    Mushrooms, onions, and other veggies
Some kind of protein like ham, chicken, or pepperoni

When you leave the tortilla long enough in the oven, it should come out crispy like thin crust pizza. You can always use pita bread, make your own dough, or regular bread if you don't like the tortilla. I like to use whole wheat tortillas and regular pasta sauce because I can always use them for other recipes.

Of course nothing beats the real deal. So don't limit yourself too much and enjoy real pizza when you can.

I make this all the time. Comes out of the oven like a big cheesy bread so often we don't even top it we just devour it. I do add in some garlic powder and mrs dash Italian herbs.

You will need a nice big cast iron skillet to make this one.
