"homemade" recumbent bike

An old upright exer-cycle and a plastic lawn chair (chaise/adirondack shaped) with properly placed pillow for tush and lumbar support makes a fantastic recumbent bike.
If you don't own an old exer-cycle like my 1980s Tunturi, you can often find them dirt cheap in garage sales or craig's list. The plastic lawn chairs are cheap enough, too, or just grab one off the porch like I did.
My back doesn't let me use the upright cycle any more so this works great!
