Heya.
I've made a concerted effort to learn nutrition as a hobby since the age of 17 (I'm 22 now). I've often relapsed into sedentary periods but am getting back into it with a serious enough attitude, such that it stands to complement my good eating habits.
I didn't even want to bother introducing myself until I went a consistent week, which I have as of today. (Food and exercise logs are publicly available.) I submit I'm off to a good start.
I'll be doing heavy cardio until I cut some 10 pounds to optimize my hormones before finally going on a lean-bulking phase.
Feel most free to PM or post if you'd like to acquaint.
