bob harper pure burn strength

i dont have a heart rate monitor yet so i am planning on doing bob harpers pure burn strength tomorrow but i don't know what to log it is as , i would say it is about 50 minutes long; by logging it as circuit training it says i burn 413 calories but if i log it as strength training on cardiovascular it says i burn 155 calories which seems way to little compared to the intensity it is at, what do you do?
