BRAG About Your Lifts! NSV

I want people to comment about the BEST/ HEAVIEST lift they've done! Whether it be on squat, bench, deadlift, curls, etc. Be proud of what you have achieved!


I'll start the boasting party. I hit 215 today on deadlifts. I weigh 125 so that's pretty awesome for me! :smile:

What about you!? We work so hard in the gym day in and day out, we should be able to brag about some NSV heavy lifts!

    My heaviest so far:

    Deadlifts 100 pounds
    Bench press 70 pounds
    Overhead press 55 pounds
    Squats 75 pounds
    Barbell glute bridge 100 pounds
    Upright rows 55 pounds

    I am going up little by little. :happy:

    I benched 145 a few weeks ago, which was AWESOME because it is more than I weigh, and 20 lbs more than I've ever done before.

    I also just figured out how to do deadlifts right (I know, they're not THAT hard, but my sister hurt her hips badly in HS doing them, so I've been hesitant.) I got up to 175 lbs before I quit, and since I worked my way up from 125 in little increments, I bet I could do more if I started at a higher weight :) I'm super excited to add them in to my weekly workout rotation!
