Too much too soon??

I've lost close to 4% body fat in about 2 or 3 weeks. Is this healthy amount?? My goal is to lose another 6% to get to where I want to be. Ive been exercising heavily and eating better.

    I'm losing more than 1% per week, so far. I don't think that's too much for me.

    The first few pounds and body fat %'s will come off fast. It more than likely is normal. If I knew how many calories you were burning and how many calories you are eating that would help with knowing if you are doing the right things. On average though you should be losing around 1-2 pounds a week. Like I said though it's not uncommon to lose more than that in your first few weeks.

    How are you measuring this?

    It's notoriously difficult to measure body fat percentage in a reliable way. How many pounds/kg are we talking about here?

    Sure! I've been losing weight for 8 weeks now and I've averaged 4 lbs a week and still going strong. You're doing well.
