I left for a while. There was SOME cheating but luckily I offset it by eating lower calories here or there. I started a new job which offers all kinds of free food which is mostly unhealthy, but some of it isn't. I haven't been logging and sometimes I eat too many calories and have binge-y type behavior. The other day I ate half a tub (2 cups) of yogurt. I ate a pint of ice cream which was 600 calories and a Snickers bar...for BREAKFAST! That was so unlike me. I felt both good and bad about it.
My total calories that day was only 1800, but I definitely let the protein slip way down in favor of carbs![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I'm ready to get "back on track" without any regain and even a little bit of loss. I am grateful I still lost weight, which I attribute to my new job as a waitress and working out

Great to hear you're getting back on track. You're owning up to your mistakes and are ready to crush this which is fantastic! Losing weight isn't easy and the mental battle can be quite challenging. It's great to hear you've been able to keep losing weight even with the cheats. Though treating yourself every once in a while is ok. Eating clean 100% of the time isn't really realistic so don't beat yourself up too bad if you have a little cheat every once in a while. Just always remember your "why" for why you are doing this and that will help you make the right decisions with eating clean most of the time. If you can do that you will reach your goals. You got this.0

Thanks, Mark!
It's good to let go of counting every now and again, but NEVER let yourself go too far! If you get too far away from your habits for too long, you will go right back to where you started.0 -
You're absolutely right laciemn. I'm just saying it's ok to have a treat if you work it into your day. As long as most of your days are good you will be ok. I treat myself occasionally and eat healthy most of the time (around 80-85% minimum clean eating) and it has worked for me. I have lost 54 pounds and am doing great.0
