wooohoooo.. hubby is soo happy. says I snored so loud it woke him up most nights.. all gone now.. and all it took was 20 pounds lost..

feeling good this morning.. still a million pounds to go but starting to see some results and that is inspiring..

never give up peeps.. we can all get there..

I also stopped snoring when I lost some weight. Like your hubby, my family was very happy too.

I'm so glad to hear this! Apparently I snore quite a lot and it wakes my partner up who then wakes me up with his irritated thrashing around, we both need more/better sleep so this is yet another great incentive to stick with it and get rid of this excess!

I'm sure my husband will be pleased when I let him know once I lose some weight my snoring will stop LOL!
