Burning my 5XL Shirts

I am not yet quite ready to get rid of my 4XL shirts as 3XL is still a little tight, but today I took all my 5XL shirts and gave them a ceremonial send off in a large metal trashcan. They feel like I am wearing a dress when I put them on and I am very happy to get rid of them. Anyone else ever destroy some old clothing for some cathartic relief?


NOTE: I did give a bunch of the nicer 5XL shirts I had to goodwill. I just burned the ones that were a bit ragged or out of style. So don't hate me for wasting them.

lukewind: Good work, downsizing. Glad to hear you gave the good ones to goodwill! I didn't burn my however I did cut them up and used them for rags.

Keep up the good work, isn't it a nice feeling. Pretty soon you will be posting about getting rid of you 2XL. shirts.
