I love my arms workout for a month joiners

I have recently lost 60 pounds and still have 30 to go, but my arms are flabby and I want to tone up!
I came across an I love my arms workout, goes

10 push ups
20 dips (legs out and lifting self up on bench or chair with arms)
30 bicep curls
40 second plank
50 knee tucks (plank position bringing knees in to chest on alternate sides)
40 second plank
30 bicep curls
20 dips
10 push ups

I'm doing this for a month to see if I get any results, anyone around the same level want to join up, I am not a very armsy girl, did this today and my arms feel weak and tired!
