Pork Loin Backribs Question.

When it comes to weighing ribs, do I count the weight of the bone as well as apart of the serving? I wouldn't I do because I don't eat it. Is it 4 ounces a serving with the bones or without? Because I just ate about 4,000 calories worth of ribs if that's the case...

Might be too much of a hassle for you but when I eat ribs, I weigh them before eating, then after I enjoyed my ribs, weigh the leftover bones and subtract to get the weight of the meat that was eaten. I then do a search for pork ribs meat only or roasted pork or whatever sounds most like what I just ate - and record the weight in ounces.0
