Is bodybuilding.com going pure "bro-science" anymore?
I ran across this article today, and to be honest, it's pretty "bro" and loaded with **** info.

I didn't think it was all that bad until it got to 'fat burners'. And EPOC is pretty insignificant to weight loss.

I go there for the store and the lifting programs. I come hear to manage my diet.0

I mean, I was literally blown back by them suggesting to use fat burners that do NOT work, and God only knows what's in them really.... and the fact of them supporting carb restriction, because we all know carbs do not make you fat.... eating too much crap does.0
