from coffee to tea

I have ALWAYS been a huge coffee drinker. I literally run on dunkin. when I first started my fitness journey, I tried to switch to skim and splenda instead of cream and sugar. it is good, but definitely not as fulfilling as the real deal. one day I tried dunkin's unsweet peach tea- 10 calories for a large, $.99. Its hard getting used to unsweetened tea if you've always been a sweet tea drinker, but this stuff is awesome! I was so surprised to see how much my energy level and overall wellness changed after dropping the coffee. I feel like I'm on crack after drinking this tea haha I never thought it would wake me up more than coffee. Such an awesome and healthy alternative! what are some healthy alternatives you've come across? I've also found that a turkey sausage and egg white English muffin with all the toppings (including parmesean, old bay, pickles, onions, lettuce, hots, ect.) from royal farms tastes just like a mcdouble lol
