New to the site. Wanted to say hello! I teach Zumba fitness 5 days a week. I guess you can say I am an addict, but I do still have some food issues to work out. I have been on the "Mommy Diet" for 9 years now and can't seem to shake bad habits. I love working out...but wave a doughnut in front of me and I am a sucker :P I have lost 55 lbs in the last 11 months and have done good maintaining a steady weight. I want to shed 15-20 more lbs so I figure this site will help me track my food intake. I love the tools it provides and I hope to accomplish my goals...sooner than later!
