It's Friday... Are some of your accomplishments of this week? And what are some of your goals for next week?

As for me, going through a rough patch in a relationship- instead of feeding myself stuffed crust pizza (though tempting), I decided to go to a Spin class instead!.

Next week, my goal is to walk for 1 hour every day.
