5:2 diet??

Heyy was just wondering if anyone has tried this diet? If so how sucessful where they on it? :)

    Personally, I prefer the other form of intermittent fasting where I only eat between 12pm-8pm every day and I work out fasted. I've lost weight far quicker using this method than when I just ate at whatever time. Do I have a scientific explanation for this? No. But it works for me.

    I have done it. Lost 19 pounds in 7 weeks. Absolutely no working out. First two weeks or so we're kind of hard, but after that it's pretty easy. Good luck.
