I bought about a dozen kiwi's last weekend at costco and they are still too hard to eat, does anyone know how long it takes for these things to ripen? Lilly

I would wait just until they start getting a little soft to eat them -- maybe a couple of days. I let mine sit for too long and they were awful -- too mushy!

maybe a week? depends on how hard they are. to make the ripen faster put them in a brown paper bag and fold over the top.
