    Start finding friends on here and let them be able to see what you are doing. We are all working together here and want to Welcome you to such a free and great site. I just stared about a week ago and I have lost a few pounds already.

    Thank you! I've started a weight loss group called TOPS here. TOPS is Take Off Pounds Sensibly. I looked for one in town and their wasnt one. It's a lot of support, so glad I did. There are 8 of us so far, we've only had two meetings. I'm looking forward to getting this weight off!! Congrats on your wonderful weight loss!!
