Hi, I have just signed up and looking around to see what this is all about. Still not exactly sure how it all works. I put in the weight training I did today, but it seems that it does not count in the exercise calories. That's a bit frustrating as it says that I did not do the exercise as planned for the day, but only counted the walk i did. Anyone know what to do different. I" m from Australia and in the 50+ group so will see if I can figure out how to introduce myself to those groups. I have decided to get serious about my weight loss, I have been exercising all year, but not tracking what I eat, so this looks like it could be good.:flowerforyou:
