weigh in Monday

the end of every month i weigh myself to see how much i weigh and im nervous about what weight I will be on the 1st
last few months ive done what most consider good, but its really been a drop in a bucket. (in my opinion)

orginally 458 at the end of january, now 406....

february loss -5lbs
march-21
april -12
May -14
june- ????


i felt like my hardest working month was May and compared to june i didnt press as hard as i should =/
maybe missed like 6 days out of the month to hit the gym, but it been hectic, work, etc. idk i cant stop thinking about it. I know i would go insane if i actually had a scale in my house, thank god i do, otherwise i be weighing myself every 5 mins lmao.

u know this probably a really dumb post, but wanted to get my thoughts out there, i like to bike 20 miles (takes 75 minutes) or so and lift weights, outside that, i dont so much.

anything i should add on for july?

    Anything more than 6 - 8lbs a month lost, is a fantastic achievement. Keep going mate. Great job!!!

    thanks i appreciate it, couldnt halp myself so i did it today -14 which isnt bad, hoping i dropped atleast 3 more.. =ppppp
