Trying to Kick the Freshman Fifteen....Plus Some

Hey there! I am a junior in college, super busy and trying to recover from yoyo weight gain. I gained all of the Freshman Fifteen during my freshman year. My sophomore year I lost 19 pounds, I was super active and ate much better. Now, I gained some back and I'm trying to get back down. I want to lose the weight to feel more comfortable about myself, be healthier and just be comfortable, period. I feel so much more comfortable when the weight is off. I have terrible self motivation when I need to work out. and as crazy as it sounds, I much rather run during the heat of the day when it's sunny outside. I hate running in the morning and I like to run in busy places where I can be distracted. I like running downtown, in town, etc. If I can get some encouragement, that would be great! I like to have workout buddies, that's how I've lost the weight in the past, but I'm doing this on my own now. I think if I had some super motivating MFpals, then we could encourage each other, report in with our exercise goals and see the weight come off!

I have been walking for about 3 years now. I also do walk/run races for charity. the weight has come off but slowly. I do workout at our Rec. Ctr about 4-5 days a week. It makes me feel great and flu of energy. I do slack off some times but get right back on .
I do not report in everyday cause I do forget or get busy. But I can motivate and sometimes i need it to.
