No, two wrongs don't make a right. That's when people take risks and accidents happen. IMO it's a stupid thing to do.

People are too psychotic, and Iam normally chicken that the one iI piss off is about to snap. I cut a guy off by accident(felt bad, and he didn't even have to brake...just closer than I should of...true blind spot mistake) when I was 20 and the *kitten* followed me 20 miles on the freeway in the middle of the night weaving from in front of me to behind me. Scared the crap out of me. I actually had to pull into a police station to get rid of him. So road rage is a major turn off for me, I do cuss a lot and ask questions to the air while driving :huh:

No. If you want to drive slowly, stay in the slow lane. If you want to get run off the road, shot, or beaten senseless by some lunatic all while creating dangerous traffic conditions to satisfy your selfish freak ego, by all means, drive slowly in the left lane and block passing traffic. You won't be missed.

If they are tailgating and won't back the eff off? Sure, but mostly I tap on my breaks a few times to tell them to just get into the left lane and pass me already.
