Raising my HDL cholesterol and not going over on calories?

I just came back from the doctor and found out my HDL "good" cholesterol is low. I eat pretty clean and have been exercising regularly (although not this past week since injury). I incorporate a lot of salmon, veggies, lean meats in my diet. I was told some people just have a hard time raising their HDL. My other cholesterol was fine and within range. Any tips on foods that don't pack tons of calories? I'm close enough to my goal weight I might raise my calories allotted and eat more "good fatty" foods I have been not eating as much of when losing weight. I know nuts, avocados, fish, olive oils are all good sources., but I eat all these things! Frustrated!
