So, I've recently become lactose intolerant (postpartum)... which means I don't always remember to take my lactaid when eating things with dairy (though I'm getting better), it also seems to be getting worse (or just more noticeable). when I first noticed I was fine with like cheese on a burger (maybe a bit gassier but nothing too bad)... it seems now that even that small amount makes me need to take a pill before eating. On those time that I forget and the food goes right through me... (within an hour or two and still undigested and identifiable)... do I still count the calories??

Yes. You are over thinking this. Take your pills, eat your calories. If you lose weight too fast or feel weak, up your calories.0
