Healthy Work-Friendly snacks

I've been keeping a lot more food in my office lately so that if I forget to bring lunch I still have food around and I'm not tempted to get take out! Things I've been keeping on hand:

Container of 25 almonds (I keep these in my purse literally all the time just in case!)
Individual (unsweeted) Apple Sauces
Fresh Apple
String cheese
Beef Jerky
Protein bars

What snacks do you keep at work?

you hit most of the ol' standbys, but in addition I often keep cans of tuna and/or hardboiled eggs around

Ah, canned tuna--- that's a good one! It would keep in my desk pretty much forever lol

I think your list is a great "go-to" list (making note for my "backpack" snacks when I return to uni in the fall). If you have a desk or locker, you could keep a few canned soups for a hot emergency meal, too.

small bags of jerky work great for my wife and me; I love turkey myself but beef works fine too. try
