    What an amazing story and amazing results. I lack motivation once I lose 20lbs, which is probably why I gain it all back and some. I'm trying once again because after I reach 220lbs my body starts to feel like I am killing it. This is def motivation thou and helps me to remember that is is a process not a quick fix.

    Amazing results, really impressed, you look so great! You've succeeded at what I should have tried to do in my twenties, I'm 4'11 and 52 now, down to 104lb, but I can remember how low I got not knowing where to start with either eating properly or exercising and thinking everyone at the gym would be disgusted at my fat bod ... so never made that crucial step. Well done for getting your head where it needed to be to do the right thing for you, you're an inspiration to all here, especially us shorties!

    I have an issue with my stomache, I had 2 surgeries that required to be cut in the same place and now i can't loose the pooch. How did you get your stomache so flat. I would love to hear your story.
