Early AM run, TBSP of PB, and take the honey container, place above mouth, squeeze and count to 3; go run. Once back, eat breakfast.0

I used to run cross country and track in college before I had to quit, and my best advice is not to run on an empty stomach.. especially in the heat... It leaves me feeling very weak and dizzy.. I would eat something small 30 min before such as a banana or granolla bar.. best of luck!
If the run was short... ex. 25 min.. i could usually get away with running on an empty stomach0 -
I like to run before I eat, but thats just me. Its your body so its really up to you0

I can probably go for about an hours run without breakfast, more than that I have something to eat, I did learn to eat and run when I was doing 20 mile runs and it was actually quite easy to do, but it also wasn't sprint training (think that may have had a different, less pleasant effect)!!0
