Am I losing muscle?

This week I've lost just over 2lbs when my goal is to lose just 1lb. I've been doing intermittent fasting and it's been great. Should I increase my calories in order to make sure I don't lose my muscle?

    If you are losing weight you will also lose muscle. You can however prevent losing (some) muscle by doing strength training while you are losing weight.
