Hi :)
I am about tower up a very basic 'home gym' although it'll be so basic I feel using the term gym should be applied loosely!

Here is what I intend to get - let me know if you have any further suggestions or if you think something is unnecessary!

-Mini stepper for cardio
-Dumbbells with adjustable weight from 2kg lowest to 10kg heaviest
-ankle weights at 1kg each
-Swiss ball/stability ball
-exercise mat
-skipping rope
-kettle bell (around 7kg I read is good for beginners?)
-resistance band

And here is a brief idea of what I think my plan would be.. Please bear in mind I will be doing short minimal workouts to begin with which is still a or for me - at least til my motivation and fitness kicks in!

Tuesday- 15 minute on the stepper, 50 squats, 10 min YouTube arm workout
Wednesday- 15 min stepper, 100 squats, 15 min kettle bell exercises
Thursday- 15 min stepper, 50 squats, 15 min leg and butt workout, 10 min arm workout
Friday- 15 min stepper, 100 squats, 15 min kettle bell exercises
Saturday- 15 min stepper, 50 squats, 20 min leg and butt workout, 15 min arm workout, 15 min kettle bell exercises

What are your thoughts on this? I do t want to add any bulk or overly tone myself - I'm aiming for a soft feminine figure like Kelly Brook so am unsure of what size weights/how many reps?

Thank you! xx
