Hi! I use Shakeology, which has been my favorite protein shake so far. I am partial to the chocolate flavor and have come up with quite a few recipes. Here are some ideas for chocolate andd vanilla:
Chocolate
1. 3 dates, 1/3 a banana, 1 tsp of peanut butter, water
2. 1/2 banana, mint, 1 tsp of peanut butter, water
3. various combinations of berries and bananas, water
4. juice from 5 orange slices, 1/3 a banana, water
Chocolate or Vanilla
1. 4 strawberries, 1/2 cup of mixed berries, water
2. 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of kale, 1/3 cup of pineapple, water
Vanilla
1. juice from 2 orange slices, 1/2 a peach, raspberries, water
2. 1/3 a banana, 1/2 cup of mixed berries
3. 1/2 cup of blackberries, 1/2 apricot, water
4. watermelon, basil, mint, water

Half a cup of orange juice, 3/4 cup crushed ice, half a banana, 75 g of fruit (mango, berries, cherries, or whatever), scoop of vanilla protein powder, blend till smooth. Comes to around 300 calories.0
