im 21 years old, 197lbs. wondering if I should use the regular calories myfitnesspal gives me, or do the protein in grams for my body weight, and split carbs and fat for the rest. any suggestions? ive been working out and trying to sweat each day for the past 10 days. I went from 199.9lbs to 197.4lbs. im also drinking more water (trying to anyways) . any suggestions? ide like to get to 150lbs.

I'm 22, F, and 197lbs I eat 1650 calories a day and am losing weight at a rate of just over 1lb a week. I worked out my BMR and TDEE to find my calories. I put myself as sedentary so on days that I work out I can eat a little more, if I need it. I just checked and MFP recommends I eat 1570 calories a day, so it's pretty close to what I worked out but those extra few calories really help with making this seem sustainable.0
