Not losing inches around bust.

I started @ 171 lbs, am down to 152. So far, lost 3 inches on my upper waist, lower waist and butt each and over 2 inches on each thigh...but barely 1.5 inches around the bust.
I know that so many women have the exact opposite problem. They say boobs are first to go and thighs are last, but my thighs are where I've lost THE most and want them boobs to get smaller LOL.
Also,my shoulders are still too broad which I don't like.
What do I do about this? Any exercise or anything!

Unfortunately, you don't have any control from where you lose weight during weight loss.0 -
Just keep working towards your goals.
I have the same problem with the bust being the last area to lose inches. I know and accept now that at some point I will be very out of proportion but it will eventually balance out a bit better once I get towards my final goal. I've always been big busted.0 -
Well one can only hope then..Thanks for the input! ^^0

So you've lost 1.5 inches around your bust?
Im really not sure what you're asking here?0 -
I don't... Are you trying to be an A cup or something?0

What is an upper waist and lower waist?0

Yeah that's what I'm saying..I've lost atleast 2x as much everywhere else. Also, pretty sure 1.5 inches has gone from the back cuz my boobs didn't get at all smaller from what I can tell! I'm not even trying to spot reduce..just want the inch loss to be proportionate/equal everywhere.0 -
I think upper waist is the smallest part of the abd, usually about 2 in or so above the belly button, and the lower waist is right around the belly button.0

Nope 36C wanting to be like 34B eventually (after 25-30 more pounds are gone).Maybe I look just fine to others lol but always been a bit conscious about them0 -

Yess!!
I have a difference of like 4-5 inches in both areas so I have to measure them separately.0 -
Jealous... wish I had bigger boobs! But yeah there isn't really a way to spot reduce. Just keep at it and hope for the best. You look fine to me in your photos!0

How tall are you? From your picture you appear to have a very cute figure. I would suggest you learn to love your body and not look for faults or compare yourself to others whose shapes are not similar to your own. We women are often way too critical of ourselves. Treat yourself to a flattering top which accents your busts and stand up straight, broad shoulders are a gift which you'll appreciate when you're older!
One more thing, losing weight in your bust area is not fun. The girls often look like deflated balloons and as you age gravity is not kind. Enjoy that cute figure you have and focus on being healthy!0 -

For one, boobs aren't all fat, so you may or may not change size on that front. The amount of fat in a given set varies from person to person, too.
Also, the cup size is actually a proportion of band size. So you may or may not end up in a B-cup when all is said and done. In fact, it's possible to end up in a larger cup size from losing weight, solely from your boobs not having much (if any) fat to give up.
Finally, you very likely have more fat stores elsewhere (women are genetically predisposed to storing fat in the hip area), so you have less to lose up top to begin with, which is likely why you're seeing more dramatic changes in the other areas. Judging by your profile pics, while the inches might not be coming off the same everywhere, your overall body is in good proportion. A C-cup isn't overly large, either, so it might be a good idea to try shifting your mindset a little bit and learn to appreciate what you have and perhaps learn to find clothes that make you look good and feel comfortable with your figure.0 -
It's all genetics my dear. Not much you can do. I have the same issue, I would love for my DD's to shrink..but here I am 37 pounds down and my DD's are still here. Guess I am stuck with them! :sad:0

If they were big before you gained the weight, they're going to be big when you lose it.
I wasn't measuring, but my clothes kept needing to be smaller. Went down several sizes. Not the boobs, though! 50 pounds into it and they've only gone from DD to D.
I'll be lucky if I get to a C. I don't think it will happen! But I hope.
Some women are just cursed with big boobs. Life really isn't fair, lol. Sucked in Junior High, sucks now.0 -
Thankyou people!
I'm 5'6.5''.
Yes I do manage to find clothes that look good on me,which is why I look alright in photos! But then, there are some clothes that I wish I could wear like my small busted friends!
It's fine though, not gonna whine over something that cannot be changed and yes I know it's not even that bad lol.0
