You can't really ask a question like that. Only you know what your body is truly capable of. Add weight and if it's too easy, go heavier. Rinse and repeat until you start to feel it.

My name is Dances w/ Wow..

I believe my be able to turn the heat up on your leg routine.. I have an aresenal of over 35..mastered and remastered physical activity worksheets that will release your lower bodies indomitable life force..

If you are looking for a more flowing firm and fantastically feminine silhouette legs are the place to put your potential

If you want to an enphsis on pounds.. a good place to start is with a max lift..determine capacity you can accomplish before the load makes you get stuck. I normally use squats.. but power clean will do.

leg press is to easy to use mechanical leverage and deadlifts your back gives you an added assist.. so not a true measure of load capacity. physical capacity yes but not training load.

use the result from one of those two lifts as a basis..

For example you are curently using 25lbs.. so max out and verify how much more over the 25lbs you can accomplish with strict form..
at this point you wnat to begin training by adding between 15 to 25% of this max.. to the 25llbs you were doing before...
    Its called the 20% rule..

    Just like in real estate

    just like in banking
just like in buying a car..

    20% down to take ownership..

Your NEW training weight is the existing 25lbs you now do + (between 15% and 25% of the 1 rep max)...in this case

20% of 40lbs = 8 pounds more on average.. to train with

your new training poundage is 33lbs...

always remember safety first.. and your protein number (Pn#) second hyradtion 3rd

BUT OH oh.. theres more..you can enhance your existing regimen by adding motorskill training to your development..

This will put real Life Force in your legs with out having to again repeat the above and create sheering forces on your joints..

If you would like the POW portion im talking about.. friend me..

I have preformatted lesson plans..that will produce shock and awe..

Three off the top of head..

1 Nothing Like the Real Thing Thighs
2 To Have and to Hold Hamstrings
3 Loins of Lust, Love and Life Force

ALL coming to you-tube next month

and I can help you command indomitable Life force.

Oh gawd who let him back in. Dance off will you. Anyway yes its up to what your capable of and what your doing. Do you mean 25 lbs total or 25 lb dumbells. I use different weights for different exercises. Squats and deadlifts are way heavier than lunges for example.

The simple answer is however much weight you can lift...then increase by 10lbs the next time.
