Words of Encouragement...or What to say on a daily basis?

This is a blog I wrote, but I thought I'd share. SURELY, I cannot be the only one struggling to come up with some new way to encourage my buddies on here.

) I did parse down the list a bit. (didn't think enormous or grim or gruesome would be appropriate!) So, here they are. When you can't find the correct word of encouragement, or you get sick of typing "Good Job" all the time, steal one of these handy words from the list. Or feel free to create one of your own.
