Compound Weights and Weight Loss

I have a multi-part question that includes both diet and exercise, so I will post it here. I am a 5'5 female weighing in currently at 164lbs. I have lost 14 lbs so far and have 26lbs left to lose to reach my goal. I started my weight lifting and MFP journey at the end of April. I still have 26lbs left to lose, but have recently started doing more compound weight lifting exercises ranging from 8-12 reps and between 8-25lbs. Usually I do three sets of eight routines and work to increase my weight with each set. I do compound weight lifting 3-4 days a week and try to completely rest on off days. My multi part question is should I be doing cardio on off days? I am also eating TDEE -20% at 1700 calories a day. This usually leaves me pretty satisfied, but will eat an extra 100 calories, especially on workout days. Is this enough calories to maintain this type of workout schedule and still lose?

Eating an extra 100 calories won't completely wreck your weight loss; it will just slow it down a little.

You'll be fine eating those extra 100 calories; it won't destroy anything :)
