Fitness goals: Lifting, biking and gaining strength.

I've made it to the point where I don't really need to lose anymore weight. My focus is on getting stronger and changing my body composition / lowering body fat % I think I'm close to the point where I can start focus on maintenance. I"m also trying to find out how much I should be eating right now. I'm used to being in a caloric deficit. I'm looking for some friends with similar fitness interests and goals.

I'm starting to get interested in cross fit style training. I have started to swap out one of my cardio days for a cross fit style routine. I have been focusing on weight training this year. I have always been intimidated by strong lifts but I started to do some of them at lower weights. I would like to work on challenging my fitness level and adding more weight to strong lifts. I bought a mountain bike this year and have been taking the bike out to hills this summer. It would be great to find some biking friends as well.
