8 weeks until holiday!!

It's all well and good sitting under the baking sun, enjoying cocktails and so on.. But I don't remember the last time I went on holiday and felt comfortable or confident sitting around sunbathing. With a mum that is very slim and a sister that is very body confident, the thought of sitting around in a bikini is a nightmare.

We are going on holiday in 8 weeks and I am looking to lose weight and tone up asap.

I am willing to put in a lot of hard work (am currently only hitting the gym every other day for an hour) - what exercise and diet plan is going to get me visible results in this time??

    The standard fat-loss advice - eat fewer calories, do any vigorous cardio often, and do full-body strength training.
