Hi all. I tried this site a while back and drifted away. I'm back again. I have a very personal reason for wanting this time to be successful in addition to what I have posted on my profile, and I know that will keep me focused and motivated! I am in Northern Colorado, in Longmont to be exact, about 30 miles north of Denver. Anybody else here from my area, feel free to reach out!

    Hi Cindy, thanks.

    I was on a roll, then had a setback. Back on track again. I've been doing this (fitness, weight loss, etc) long enough to know, it's not about not failing, it's about whether or not you get back up and start again.
