Finally back to logging what I'm eating....when I log, I lose....however, during the school year I become too busy to log or to exercise much...this winter, being a particularly brutal one, I gained 20lbs! Lost five already though in the last couple of weeks and am down to 175! If I could only find the motivation to keep this up past early fall...
