Big amounts of motivation need

Hi every one I'm looking for friends on here to keep me motivated . I'm a mum of three ,since having my last baby who is now 1 i managed to put on 30kg and finding it hard to change my ways in eating and exercising . I also don't seem to have time for exercising with having to work ect . Breakfast and lunch i seem to skip and then when it comes to dinner time i over eat .

    You are very important, you deserve 1 hour or 30 min for you. Start your day with breakfast, it is very important. Take a walk for 30 min or 3 10 min walks... you deserve it. Good Luck
